    Default Laser Projector Wiring Diagrams

    Hello everyone,

I've changed the subject, because it was a stupid dumb ass fault that the projector wasn't work..
I had the led on the Stanwax® Ilda board wrong connected.. that's why the laser psu's always immediately starts.
Because of that i couldn't use the keystop & start button etc. But now is problem solved ! very happy with it.

But for some other dudes wo want to build a projector too..

Here are some usefull laser wiring diagrams.

Don't daisy chain your grounds....and only use 1 case ground point

and un-connect everything you have in grey in this pic....

    Thanks for your offer Vjernst,
    but i don't have a car and i hope
to complete the projector with some
good online advices. I think there is
1 wrong or missing GND connection.
    But thank you very much.
I apreciate it that you want to help me out.
But i like to do it myself, because when i know
what i have done wrong than i do it never again like so
    Have a nice day !

    Dear KGB,

Thanks for your help !! The good advice is : don't daisy chain the grounds, but why do i need 1 case ground point ??
I have the projector 100% alu.. the baseplate 15mm thick is only E-coated, but all the other casingplates are Powder coated.
I need to ground every single plate where are attached some electronical components.

The other thing disconnect alle the grey wires... that's not an option... That's what i actually got...
The GND for Power the Ilda board and scanners are defenitely needed..

All the other GND's from scanner signal and all the psu's need to go to the EARTH GND. that's what stanwax & pangolin's drawing is telling me.

Today i'm going to try something else , maybe that will work
