Is the Stage Lighting harmful to our bodies?

How does the light of such an Stage Lighting differ from the laser light. A laser with more than 5 mw can be dangerous and how about the Stage Lighting? Does it do harm to our bodies especially to a pregnant woman and how much it does? I want one to hold a party.

yes- it is very harmful ESPECIALLY lighting from that company. It causes cancer, HIV, instant blindness and has been known to cause male genitalia to spontaneously erupt into flames. Its a very very sad and dangerous profession. Stage lighting- I dont know HOW we all arent dead!!!

You laugh but.... funny thing is, on page 1, we saw one of these at TexLEM with just red and green:

and, for what it is, it's pretty amazing for $144 bucks. It's preloaded with a number of very recognizable frames from a company beginning with "P" (I'm sure there is a lawsuit to be had there) and, the guy that had it even loaded video of himself made using DrLava's Lasercam on an SD card and ran them and it looked pretty good. I'm not saying go buy one by any means but, still a cool little toy to have experienced first hand. Amazing (and a bit scarey) what they're doing for such little money. It had galvos for goodness sakes.

I saw something similar at Spencers gifts for $250, was an RGV with galvos and was doing lots of "P" graphics!!
