Ok... Filezilla is offically "cool" and all is working very nicely at home this morning.

meh as i read about the problems, i'm losing interest in getting the access, since it seems so complicated
wouldn't it be easier to set up some freebsd server with vsftpd allowing max 2 connections per IP (1 for download, 1 for upload or browsing the files) with max 50 connections overall or so depending on bandwidth resources? throttling can be easily done with packet filter and what's most important - it works
i've been running ftp (although ftp is kind of historic protocol) like this for several years, currently it's down for maintenance (upgrading to freebsd 9.1-RELEASE yay!)
-
I have each account set to 6. This server also hosts a few tv shows, and is free. I maintain it when I can. I have put alot of effort in putting this up. and making sure that the security and bandwidth iof the server is preserved.

try this for fun....... save your favorite directory as a net work shortcut, then you can open and run a show from anywhere in the world. Open LSX, open Shows, Shortcut to your ftp directory via the network saved shortcut, find .rtd file, double click, POOM, lasershow server! works well too!

May you all have Laser Beams in your Dreams...

Nuphotonix,
Have you received my pm regarding the password for my account?

Just an observation - the directory marked "spaghetti shows" are really just .ild shows and don't readily play in spaghetti. At least for me yet. I'm still working on it. I think to be a spaghetti show, they need a .spg type extention.
-
I believe it's rather .spgs for spaghetti show and .spgp for spaghetti project.
-
Yes... something like that. I think it's .spgs, like you said.

Nuphotonix;
Have you received my PM requesting access to the show server? (Sent 3/21/2013)
