Well.... I was able to log on and see the various directories. I clicked on one of the spaghetti directories (Bangles) just to see if it was a show I already had. It was and I clicked on "parent directory" and it kicked me off again with this message:

    This webpage is not available
The connection to 98.145.230.243 was interrupted.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this webpage later.
Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using.
Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

I then tried using Internet Explorer and it said:

The folder 'ftp:/98.145.230.243/' is read-only access because the proxy server is not set up to allow full access.

I clicked on "OK" and it said:

This page cannot be read in Internet Explorer.

So.... I'll wait an hour and try again.

Looks good to me, Nuphotonix! I was able to log in (just using Firefox), see what appeared to be the correct set of folders and successfully download files.

    Thanks!

O.k, I'm working now on another computer...

Not touching anything... not even breathing heavy around it!

Just an FYI - It's been extremely hit or miss. Took two days to get a spaghetti show and song since at various times through the process, it will get in a loop of wanting me to log in again over and over and over and not do anything.

I tried downloading an ftp client, FileZilla. I installed it and then tried to log on using it and received this message:

    Status: Connecting to 98.145.230.243:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 550 No connections allowed from your IP
    Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

    Any thoughts?

I got a similar error, but IIRC it read "no *more* connections allowed from your IP"
It worked fine however, a few files couldn't download fully but that was easily fixed. I'm using Filezilla as well.
Maybe your IP is banned for 24 hours from trying to log on too much?

BTW can anyone open the file I uploaded? I'm having troubles opening it and I suspect there's something wrong with the protection settings.

Yeah, I guess I'll try again tomorrow although, if it said "IP" then maybe I can try at home tonight or something.
