I honestly think its the same issue. I've tested a few complete white circles, and as far I can tell, its aligned, but the red seems "big".

The white seems perfect.. but when I use the blue and red to make purple, magenta, or pink.. it just seems like the red and blue are slightly off(pictures will come later tonight.)

First things first, build quality. Marc has done such an amazing job on the build quality, from the optics to the scanners to the case itself, everything is professional, great, and top notch. There are a few things I will be adding to it, mostly cosmetic, like my logo, etc. But other than that, its great!

The lasers themselves.. Holy shit! You can literally see the green and blue in daylight in static air with no smoke(and a few dust particles in the air haha). The red.. not so much, but with a fog machine, I bet you could see it perfectly as well. It is BRIGHT! All three modules literally light up my garage and living room with color, no matter what color it is. Thankfully I haven't burned holes in any wall yet, but I bet that will happen one day, no matter what precautions I take. The white is a crisp arctic white, the red might be slightly misaligned due to Fedex, but that may just be due to beam size, and not actual alignment, as the colors come out just right, no matter what color I put it on. I wish I had a warehouse or event to use it at to bring out its full potential, but as of right now, that isn't feasible until next friday(explained below)

A little "grade" system for everyone:

    Build Quality: A
    Overall lasers: A+
    White balance: A+
Scanners: A(I might ask Marc to upgrade them to 60K scanners someday, but I love the EyeMagics, they are amazing.)

    Overall satisfaction and everything: A+

Its been a pleasure doing business with Marc. I hope we can do business again in the near future. I'm gonna need more lasers ya know! haha

I am taking it out next friday to the ExchangeLA club in Downtown Los Angeles, where Anton(HiveLaser on the forums) will be allowing me to demo it, and to take video and pictures of it in action in a decent sized venue. Atleast I'll be able to debut it for Gabriel & Dresden w/ Andy Moor. Hopefully it gets notice by the people who finance the bookings for that club.(Insomniac, the company behind the Electric Daisy Carnival festival series).. Haha

here's a test pattern, the ilda test pattern that quickshow has is the 30k one with the big box, and im projecting onto a small space on my living room wall at the moment.

that looks good. i think quickshow also has the ilda 12k (that's the one without the giant box around it).

    what galvos are in there?

and if its there.. I didn't see it.. I click over to the only ilda test pattern on there, and it just goes straight to the 30k one.

Alright.. looking at it at more of a distance(repositioned it in my living room to aim up at a wall with more space width wise), it is misaligned. the green is perfectly in the middle, the red is to the right, and the blue to the left, the red is almost on top of the green(ALMOST.. but not quite) but the blue and red are a little too far apart(noticeably apart, even though it still makes the right colors needed, there is still a noticable gap between the red and blue). I'm gonna give Marc a call later today and have him talk me through realigning it. It still makes the white at the distance I have it at, about 25-30 feet away from the wall, but if its that noticeable at 25-30 ft, how noticeable will it be at over 500-1000 feet or more? The points should be right on top of each other correct?

Also, something i noticed... on the green and blue and white, on the moving frames, like frame 28 under the sheets on the atmospheric tab (with the red sheet and the white dots that moves back and forth while flipping over and over) the white, green, and blue have a line coming out of the dot when its moving, but it only happens on some dots, not all. What causes that?

edit: scratch that, it does it even on non-moving beams
