What separates the men from the boys? Nope, it is not the toys they own, it is what they do with their toys. I can't even imagine all the work that went into this. I gotta give this guy huge props.

Lots of money went into that as well. If you've looked recently, a 1000pc set goes for $100.

That goes without mentioning the number of lego brand name PLC units he has strapped to every one of those robotic arms.

Lego should be looking him up to hire him on as a lego mechanics engineer.

I can't imagine that any of that was cheap. The interesting thing about this is that even with a toy, you can create some pretty complex robotics. Legos or not, I love this kind of stuff. Does anyone remember the old Erector sets?

Oh yeh-- I began with tinker-toys and graduated to erector sets . Lovved em !!! How old are we ?? !! .. (probably born around the time the 1st ruby-rod laser shot was fired ) lol .. or maybe before .. gonna have to go look that up on wiki ..

The Lego Technics sets are far from cheap, I was into them as a kid and around $300 would get you a controller, 3 motors and a few touch sensors, a light sensor .. and that was about it. I would not be surprised if there was over $2K of lego there, probably much more.
