    I really want a Ramen Spectrometer. That way I can tell if it has real miso in it.

    The CNI unit may have a "low cost" Vs say JY Horiba but by PL standards the cost will not be low. This is pure advertising. You need a narrow linewidth laser, a spectrometer with decent resolution, an expensive filter, optics etc. Not cheap even at CNI. Phil
