Ok so far I have a total of 11 or 12 depending on the price I get from Peter below is the list of people interested so far depending on price I am also in the same boat depending on price
The number to beat is 78.54 euros plus shipping and VAT where applicable (if he sends them to me I think we got the VAT part licked but the US dollar price will be higher) This is his published price on his order form. for a 1" X 1" Machado stargate. He also published a 10 percent discount for a minimum of 10 pieces lets see if he does better or uses that number 10 percent would be around $70.68 euros around 88.90 US dollars based upon today. I hope he can do better.

The next jump on his published price list is 50 which would get a 20 percent discount.

I will keep this open for another day to see if we have anyone else interested then I will send Peter the numbers tomorrow.

I have updated the list Kit advised he has already purchased one so we are down to 10 or 11 which still keeps us in the 10 percent discount at minimum. I am still waiting to see if we have any more interest today.

I would have to hope he can do better as well. 69 euro is the price from spectrabeam - plus shipping, same as above, and that's before (my) 5% ILDA member discount. That doesn't take into account a groupbuy situation where 10 or more drops it by 6 euro. That's potentially $59.85 before shipping.

I'll wait and see what his response is before jumping to conclusions and assumptions though.

Agreed if we do not get any where with him we can try spectrabeam with the 10 plus if you want to ask them now that would be fine then we can compare prices.

ya this is really going to depend on price, if its a couple bucks cheaper than just buying it normally I don't think it would really be worth it since I dont need it at the moment (nor should I really be spending any $$$ lol)

That is correct I think we are all of the same thought on this. I was trying to get a very low price by pooling resources but if its going to be couple of buck cheaper than the actual published cost online I can wait as well.

I heard from Peter our price is 46.20 Euros per unit at 11 pieces plus 26 Euros for shipping of all pieces. 48.56 euros per Machado = 62.69 US at todays price it fluctuates so we will need to look up the price when we purchase them but it should be just around there plus shipping from my location in Bordentown NJ 08505 we are talking an envelope and I doubt will be much. I came up with total of 48.56 euros by dividing the shipping by 11 and adding it to the Price per unit.

Are we interested in moving forward with this? Let me know? If we have more interest than 11 I think the price is going to remain the same except for shipping that will go up a couple of bucks depending on amount so speak up now.

If we are moving forward I will confirm amount and will need money sent to my Paypal before I can order them.

I DID just get one but, not through either of these sources. I would probably still be in for another one if the group buy comes together.

As a side note... wow. Think about that. 26 euro for shipping. That's like $40 for a few tiny pieces of glass. We're all in the wrong business. Shipping anymore has become a license to steal. I know it's overseas but still....

I agree about the shipping business but keep in mind Gas prices are going through the roof it affects everything it ruins our economy.
