when i first ran lsx i was overwhelmed with controls compared to moncha but quickly got addicted to the rich possibilities that lsx offers, math functions might be scary but if you take the effort to understand the beauty of them, you'll be able to create quick and beautiful effects
Thanks, that is a big help. I will have some time next week to really dig into that!

No because QS's designed to be easy to use.

Like I said horses for courses. If you want ease of use then QS is the best value in that segment as it combines power and ease with a simple interface. If you want more power then LSX for the money offers more at that price point but at the expense of the ease aspect.

Neither package is worth much if all you do is play shows that other people create.

Sorry but I need to go off topic and award 10 points each to dzodzo and White-Light for the DJ Prime comments. Shouldnt the edited DJ Prime videos be out now?

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

swamidog surely plays more with his own shows than some created, he explained that it's better to spend time playing with the software than trying to get music for included shows... have you seen his shows? they're awesome, with lumia and stuff

    thanks dzodzo!

here's the latest show i've been working on. this was made with LSX and an EtherDream DAC. personally, i think that's a really winning combination. there's nothing else in this price range that can compare.
