    Have you checked the size of the zone its outputting to?

    At 25°, how is it scanning? Is the image distorted at all? Is it only your X axis? If only one axis is doing this, try switching the power inputs from one amp to the other. You mentioned you had another set of DT40s. Try using that PSU and see if it makes a difference.

    ya..... all output zones (X size) set to 100% still no luck

    The images are perfect without any distortion. Actually both X and Y axis scan at 25.

    How is the ilda port wired? Are you connected to both + and - pins or just + and ground?
