Anti-reflect coated windows
Guys,
Who would be interested in anti-reflect coated windows ? We have a source for this, and are considering buying a substantial quantity and getting it cut to size for resale...
<1% reflectivity...
Need some suggestions on size, thickness, etc..
Cheers,
adrian

and I have no clues what that is! More info and even picture?

AR coated pieces of glass for the laser aperture of your laser projector...
So you can seal up your laser projector's optical table but still let 99% of the laser light out...
Using normal glass sucks - 10% reflection..

I know that I need some for my home brew but dont know how much it will be.
I only need about 2"x3"

Likewise, depends on the price

Okay.
We are looking at getting 100mm by 100mm by 4mm pieces at this stage. I'll have a sample soon.
We have used 3mm on a previous run of projectors, and depending on the angle that you were looking from, you couldn't even tell that the glass was there!
Anyway, this stuff is good - both sides are ar-coated, and the response graphs are pretty flat in the visible spectrum, all up around 98-99% transmission...
Don't have pricing info yet - that will follow.

aijii;
Are you buying one sheet that is 10 cm by 10 cm and then cutting that down, or are you saying that the final size you want to deliver will be 10 cm square and you are actually buying a much larger sheet?
I would like to get a couple pieces of this stuff, but 10 cm on a side would be too large. Is it something that I could cut myself with a glass cutter to get it to fit the projector window? (It's not tempered glass, is it?)
I'm interested, assming the price is OK. (Shipping will need to be considered as well...)

Buffo,
I was saying we'd buy a big sheet, and get it cut it up to 10cm^2 pieces....
If this is too big, what would you prefer ?
