Question Any interest in Nichia NDB7242E 445nm 50+mW laser diodes?

I just got in a quantity of new Nichia NDB7242E laser diodes. They're 445nm, rated 50mW, but I'd guess they'll do quite a bit more than that. Are these still interesting to people here? I can sell them for $25 ea. plus shipping.

Clearly there is interest. My benchtop diode drivers don't have high enough compliance voltage to test these so I'll need to wire a Flexmod to my test fixture and make sure they're in good condition. I have ~70 and they are in the Nichia tray so I expect them to be fine, but I never sell untested laser diodes. Shipping will be $5.35 for US Priority Mail or $16.95 for International Priority. Overseas orders over $200 should go by EMS which is $38 or FedEx / UPS which is about twice that, but much faster and more reliable.

I'll post again later today with my test results.

    Game on!

Am I right in thinking, with the right type of power supply for the scanners, an all direct micro RGB could be passively cooled via a machined casing?
