    I remounted one set higher the next round, but after seeing a great video from Planters I saw that you can mount them on the 45 degree edge instead. Wish i had thought of that as it makes a nice straight line of dichros mounts allowing even smaller optic plate layouts.
    I don't have one of these mounts in front of me, and it's hard to tell from the pictures, so I may be way off base here... but...

    If you need adjustment throw such that the screw would poke through the hole, can you just put a washer between the screw head and the back plate to give yourself some more room? Or, can you use a shorter screw? Just some ideas that might allow bypassing the dichro remount process if someone finds himself in that position in the future.

    Also, if you mount the optics on the bevel edge, does that complicate the adjustment geometry at all?
