    Proper heat transfer sheet , and a couple of bolt isolaters ( like whats used on transistors)
    So you can still use steel bolts, the nylon ones will just stretch and laser will move

    When you finish rebuild check continuity-on your green to base plate and any other dc ground to baseplate no bleep from your multimeter = good

    Just a quick update of the mini projector. Sides, top and bottom plates are now cut. I've made acrylic blanks for the front and back so i can corectly place the output window, IEC, keyswitch, fan and ILDA. Painting after

    I am about to wire up a RGBV lumia kit- was planning to power all four 12vdc mini ttl labs together from one PS- will I be making a mistake??

    Slight issue with now ex-adulterous wife since i started the build (not the projectors fault)
    It's currently all in one piece, minus the casing, although i need to replace the cooked green (pointer cores = non existent duty cycle) with a 520.
    also, scanners started screaming the last time i switched it on.
    As soon as i've made more progress on it i'll stick up some more pics
