well, I too think that your numbers could be a bit optimistic, but I don't have the most accurate of instruments myself
I have a diy one, made by DZ and checked against calibrated fieldmaster and lasercheck meters at a LEM 1-1.5 year ago.
Its readings were higher for 405nm, in between for 445nm and lower for 660nm, So for 532nm it should be in between the rest and a bit to the lower edge of the range (give or take a few mw). I generally tend to trust my findings with this, as I have crosschecked measurements of power for given milliamps against other members findings posted in the forum.
