Default How hot does your laser projector become?

Well i got a WASER, meaning a laser projector with a wooden enclosure. Although having 1cm thick baseplate.
I would like to know how much the temperatures in your laser become when they are turned on for a long time.

Here is my list. I measured blue(blauw) wich is not connected to the baseplate because i cant find a aluminium custom plate. also measured the baseplate and the fan air temperature.

(17:10 also the time i turned the projector on)

    very pleased with my results!

    Dear Boaz,

That are very nice temps. The projector i have is not getting warm anywhere at all.
everything is feeling cold after 4 hours of use ! really weird !
Yesterday i have thoughts in mind to rebuild the projector.
I want a new enclosure/casing. and now i will do everything right at the first time.
I have fucked so many things up in this hell of a projector.
Only i have noticed the heatsinks from galvo driver are getting very hot when not mounted at a baseplate or something.
I have mounted the drivers at a powdercoated sidepanel of 4 mm. and still not getting warm at all.
When i feel the outside on that place. i don't feel any heat. same with modules. they never get hot or something.

When i build the new casing i think i don't go using fans this time. i hate all the noise.

You can't find a custom baseplate ??? It's quite simple.. you go to www.aluminiumopmaat.nl

sorry english people i don't know how i need to say everything in English.

btw : i think the projector is as cold as ice, because it has a total weight of plusminus 35kg.
And the complete enclosure is 100% 6082 alu except the screws
