Considering that each power is a "max-never-reached" power, I won't trust Laserworld.

You won't have a 11W laser, hope this one reach "6-8W" of minimal power.

If yes, 11 500€ for 8W of OUTPUT power is a great price.

    Yeah I noticed that too,

Even in their "14W" RGB (RTI), they put 8W green, 2W red and 1.5W blue

They only have a good white at 6W, this less than the half of claimed power

The mass of experience documented in this forum should make everyone avoid this company. It isn't that they are sloppy or cheap like the majority of the Chi projectors, it appears from the evidence that LW has made it their business model to intentionally mislead customers.

To make a somewhat rude analogy, it's 15 minutes till the bar closes and there are three girls left. The first is a good looking chick in a conservative outfit that screams it'll be 10 expensive dinners and meeting the parents before you get anywhere. The second is not physically attractive, but friendly and not asking for anything more than one last pint before you can take her home for the night. The last girl is a looker, but a two of your best buds said they woke up handcuffed with their wallets missing (with their clothes still intact), after taking this one home.

    So which do you choose?

i'd take the hooker and kill her, then the last 15 minutes would be free

    2x 1W, 532nm(DT40 WIDE)

    In progress, 2x 2,5w RGB

Is the PL a Laserworld projector, or a SwissLas?

I'd consider the swisslas, but be mindfull that it'll never make 11watts. Ever! It wont have a key-switch or interlock connector (you have to buy an adaptor cable to get interlock) and it'll have an external PSU brick(i think).
However, if you're happy with that... Then they're a very cute tiny unit... :-)
If in doubt... Give it a clout?

Sheesh.. I guess it wasn't enough for them to kipe Coherent's trademark-name ('Purelight', the 'PL'-designation..) now they (appear) to be kiping RGB Lasersystems' names? - 'Compact'.. What's next, the 'Laserworld ML-10'?

10 Boo-stars for LW, btw, top to bottom..

This Projector is fully made by us (SwissLas)
The power of at least 2Watt of Red and Blue and 4W of Green are quaranteed!

Outputpower after Scanner and all Optics is normaly more then 8W

White balance is nearly perfect, in modern systems (637nm red, 1mrad blue) you need more power of green.

Laserworld is Distributor of this Products.
