    Our sincerest condolences.

    ..So, are you saying that they (LW) don't 'own' SwissLas? That would be good-news, to know that people could deal with you, and your great-products directly, and not be forced to buy lasers from a Co. (LW) that dupes people into buying an implied-'11 Watt' system, which shows-up making 8 Watts tops.. that 'wham-bam-thank you maam' practice of theirs is *so*

    ..If this is a 'guaranteed' 2W + 2W + 4W, then it should be *marketed* / sold as a 6 Watt (or 7, tops..) Balanced-RGB, so then, when it shows-up to the Client, spitting out 8 watts, as you testify, well then we all 'win', as the smile on the Client's face matures into loyalty, long-past the warranty-period..

    @whitephantom,

    I think the responses above should warn you enough to deal with laserworld!
    Better save your money and get some info and walk away with a system which will fulfill your wishes then come home with a system which does not fit your expectations.
    Even the price for this system isn't high for at least a 8W RGB system you should ask yourself why?
    I'm here on PL for nearly a year now but there are some who where born here and have seen passing by several Laserworld systems during the years.
    I've read some of there topics and most of the time it's not because the systems are that good.

    When i entered this forum i had no lasers at all, i bought them after i find out what my needs where.
    My question to you:" what are you going to do with a lasersystem which has 11W, and where are you going to use it ?"

    It's not ment negative what i'm going to say: but someone who asks if he should buy a system with 11Watts of power and seems to be a beginner (just like me!) to me will ring the alarm bells!
    Again i don't know you, if your experienced enough but even it's producing 8W and your asking if you should buy it without telling us what your going to do with it seems to be the wrong way to start and would be suspicious to me.

    If you want help to buy a descend system let it know, i'm sure you will get a helping hand from here and you will come back later to show us your shows!
