That's what happens when you rely on spell checkers! For the spare part I need, I'm still waiting for a reply from Lee after they requested the model number etc. This may be a hardcore rig but well have to see if it works OK first. Its been stored in clean area above 5c for 2 years. The laser head was drained of water but I can see some discoloring of the tubes going into the Q Switch where something nasty may be growing! I have a brand new Q switch if I need it though. I may try and repair the damaged item in the cooler. See below closeup of the tubes and also the unit in its entirety after removal from the beam table. Apparently, Marc (used to service and operate it) said that scatter from the 100W 1064nm would melt the rubber and the vapor emitted would coat the optics and reduce the power. I have some spares though.

We have a 50kHz 100W pulsed Lee Laser at work. I was sent to Florida to learn how to align it. It will quickly turn a power meter head into a glowing blob of melted goo.

They are a funny company. The Chinese owner definitely knows how to run a business at low cost. Most of their furniture was junked public school stuff. They had pegboards for laying out parts for the assembly line. But the laser is very heavy duty. Not scientific grade, but industrial.

We've had a few problems with ours, which I think have been fixed by our new Tech. Fortunately I have moved to strictly electronics design, as honestly I'm sick of fixing lasers. I prefer ones that just work. 10 years of adjusting high energy YAG lasers and OPOs for scientists who want 2x spec power and then some, will wear you out.
    Have a good day!
