QS2 and Windows 8

Hi people.

I'm going to be emailing Pangolin about why I can't get QS2 to run with Windows 8 but I was wondering if anyone here has got QS2 to Work with windows 8.

I jumped at the chance to upgrade from Vista to Windows 8 for £25 before the price increase at the end of Jan 2013.
The version of QS2 I'm trying to run is build 350. It seem to install OK but it just freezes when I try to run QS. It gets as far as "Creating the UI" in the QS start box and then nothing more.

Is there a later build that dose run with Windows 8?

I also have Live Pro USB build 2021 and that works fine with Windows 8.

Check to see if your driver is installed correctly. Does Windows 8 have a compatibility selection?

Hey Carl, please download the latest version of QS from the Pangolin website, this should work with W8. (Build 358)

The latest build of QS2 in the software download section of the Pangolin site is only showing build 350.

Would you be able to send me build 358?

This is the download page of the QuickShow website. Here you can find (at the moment) build 358.
Please let me know (if possible by email) if you still find any problems with the combination of QuickShow and W8.

I've downloaded build 358 and this seems to be working Ok.

Thanks for your help. No need now to email Pangolin now.
