Post Getting The New Year Off To A Good Start with A Few New Shows

Most of my shows to date have been created to supplement light shows, but I thought I'd share some of the more complete shows in the off-chance that somebody can get some use from them.

A couple of caveats, though. First they are fairly simple shows done in Mamba. (I'll put on my big-boy pants and do more intricate LSX work going forward. Second, these shows were created for a 4 projector environment, one of which displays graphics. I don't know how interesting they will be without multiple projectors (or even with).

If you do get some use from them, great, let me know.

    Here's to a great 2013 folks!

I'll be the first to say THANKS for Sharing. I use QS so the .ild files work for me. Hope to create something worth sharing soon. May have to get LSX to expand and contribute. Happy New Year!

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

This is the least I can do after all of the advice and stuff I've received to date from the contributors to PL.

Steve - You are one of the most notable guys for creating a giving spirit to fellow laser enthusiasts. Thank you for setting the generous tone!

Had to look this one up, Swami, but it certainly resembles that comment. However, I frown upon guests sporting too much of that 70's-esque hair. Not only does it clog up the plumbing, but I'm thinking it could be a fire hazard!

    Default Light Up The NIGHT!

I think of this as a gauntlet thrown...We All have shows or files...be it LSX, Mamba, QS or whatever, that we have created...Do all these programs import .idl files? We should make a point of sharing our past and current creations...even cues or frames that someone could add to the laser world universe. I know Some shows are sacred to laserists for professional purposes...but there should be enough contibutable product to reinvigorate the sharing ftp (or here)... I am restricted in that I use QS and can't export to ild files...but would contribute what I could that others may use in some small way to further the cause. Let this new year be Our Year! The year that, when people hear that there will be a laser show playing...will remember the show they saw before and get out and attend. Cats and dogs...Living in sin...I say We Light Up The NIGHT! Whew!
