Buying a cheap laser...

They'll build it to my spec, so what I'm gathering is I want this:

DT-30s or DT-40s
637nm red 500mW
532nm green 500mW
445nm 1W Blue

Is this the recommendation? I don't want to break the bank as this is only for my enjoyment, yet I don't wanna sink a few grand into a projector that looks like crap either....

I gave Song's projector a try, happy to know there are some folks here that vouch for the company, and decent price... scanners are PT's 40's, yet since I will just be using this in my house (at least for the time being) I don't think I'll be working them all too hard. I'll be sure to post updates once my new toy arrives!

check if those output powers are "usual" or "guaranteed minimal", there usually seems to be a bit of difference
