UPDATED scroll to newest post
Inspired by the fine work done by DrEvil on his Lumia 3color mini projector, I have begun one of my own design with 4 colors.
( soon to have its own thread)
We saw this tiny PJ at SELEM 2012 and one of the nicest features was that is was totally portable being battery operated. Mine will need to be a bit bigger as I want to use the new mini lab lasers now offered at AixiZ (http://www.aixiz.com/) and an extra module in 445.
I will be doing a review of the 635 and 405 versions.
(which will also have a new thread)

I have this one now and it makes a very stable Overspec 230mW- thats 638 actually not 635 but close enough.
here are the two 445 mini labs now in stock at AixiZ ..

Although not analog modulated these still would be very nice for a ttl DIY projector for small venues.. I am currently working with AixiZ and Jason at Canton LaserPhoto to have AixiZ carry their line of low priced galvo scanner sets. Example 10K for under 50$.
AixiZ has always been very supportive of the forums and ILDA especially- AixiZ has been very generous to the SELEM and TEXLEM events- donating thousands $$ in doorprize items over the past three years-( like QS FB3) should you have any problems with these modules AixiZ is quick to replace free of charge too. All items ship from Houston Texas.
AixiZ already offers a 532 mini 30mW12vdc lab that is priced low and its overspec.
The plan is to run these with two 4 battery packs( 4 w/18650 or 26650 in each) for long use before a charge is needed. I want to use two 1/2 rpm dc motors rotating two lumia wheels- with ttl blanking, I will get lots of nice combinations using knife edging and may later try a version using dichros. SO... this prompted me to look into getting the best deals on Li_ion batteries and subsequently I am now offering them for sale as well. It was a better way for me to get the needed batteries at the best pricing.
These will be directly shipped by me from Texas USA and I can only ship these
by UPS- new regulations ban them from USPS. You get a better shipping deal if a larger order is made. I accept USPS MOs, personal checks, cash for free local pick-up and PayPal( +4% ).
Although I have no chargers in stock ATM, I have two samples coming for my inspection and testing so I hope to be able to offer them soon. I am not totallly happy with the cheaper chargers that can be gotten- If the trade off is both faster and safer charging , the better and more expensive charger , in the long run, is the better deal.
I was most impressed with the JETLASER 'Gold' KIngKong (<- not a typo-lol)
26650--at 4000mAh.

16650/17660: 40 in stock -
$5.99 each piece.
all are 3.7 vdc
I will know how many will be protected cells or flat-tops when they arrive.
Also I will add some pics.
ALL ARRIVED >200 pcs total-
SHIPPING BY USPS IS NOT LONGER 'LEGAL'
I can only ship these vix Fed EX- not cheap but quick, safe and premitted
The cost to ship is about the same for one battery as ten so your best deal would be to by as many of each as you can.
ATM I do not have any chargers to sell.
you can charge using a adjustable PS with 4,2 vdc at 600mA
or any charger made for 3.6-3.7 Li-Ions using two wires with clips and magnets,
I suggest a good charger to avoid any fire danger and do not store any li-ions in a charger either.
All I received are flat-tops-- I have no protected cells ATM (button topped)
PM for a shipping quote.
have a lase-y day and a great 2013
