Finally it worked! All because of the SD card. I was using a high speed 16GB card, not sure why it wasn't working even though it was formatted to FAT32.

v0,v1,v5 files work (but only GREEN and some BLUE), except @tribble's fireworks.ild file

And lastly, the laser projector I have is two color, GREEN and BLUE. That's why v5 file is displayed in parts. some lines are missing which maybe the RED... YUP confirmed, I just opened it with zILDA.

My next task is to find a way to write .ild files. @james As much as I love to I cannot build the DAC (yet) because I don't have the time and secondly the company will not have music, just static display (I know, I might just convince them for the whole project because I am interested).

@mixedgas, thanks a lot for the zILDA viewer. If you have a recommendation for a tracer/animation software, that would be great. @james I am going through your CLI based LaserBoy and even though I do CLI python programming this "looks" insanely complex! I love a challenge, lets see how far I get with drawing on LaserBoy.

If you want to build your own DAC that is about the least expensive way to go. You can either use a 6 channel sound card or an 8. You might as well go with an 8. It's about the same price and the correction amp is exactly the same.

Check out this thread and feel free to ask questions.
