    You're right.
    Google Maps' photo has been taken 2008 October.... Surelly the Hall is brand new now!

    I would like to be with all of you at LEM in June....but...there is a problem: flight connections The closest Italian airport is Pisa (60km) but this is not the main problem...
    The bad is that Rayanair schedule just one round trip flight weekly (I can't stay so many days off)... and then I should need to rent a car from Liverpool airport to LEM venues...
    (Maybe Mr. Rob *Stanwax* could pick up me and bring me to venue...)
    Anyway...
    There is enough time remaining... I hope in a... "lucky shot"...

    Hi Steve

    I would be great to have you as a visitor to a UKLEM, but we understand the difficulties of travel arrangements and time off work.

    Just bear in mind though that the ShowLEM is a very chilled out affair. Nobody brings much gear (apart from a few, only ~9 projectors last year) and the emphasis is on playing shows and the software side of things. Whereas the Surfleet LEM's are 'anything goes', there's big YAG's, big Gassers, lots of noise, the kitchen becomes a workshop and there are beams all over the place. You can almost hear the electricity being sucked out of the National Grid and there's a rumour that a new reservoir has been built to cope with the copious amounts of water needed to cool the gassers . All really great fun though.

    I'm sure if you could get the flights we'd find someone nearby to pick you up from the airport

    Put me down for this one, it's likely I'll be helping a friend out with his local village hall play on the Saturday just south of Sheffield, so I could pop up for the Sunday!

    I've been meaning to go to one of these for ages, and it looks like I'll be in the area for this one!
