I am all for another TEXLEM if it was in the Dallas area I wouldn't mind either... I wish I had a warehouse!

I'd be open to Dallas too, if we can just find a venue. For that matter, anything affordable between Houston and Dallas too. Heck, if we can do these in Newton-Conover, NC, I have no problems with a small town in Texas, but having a few places to eat and something like a Walmart nearby does help...

Small towns rule!!--- and the rental rates will be better- the warehouse we used for SouthTEXLEM-in Smalltown Freeport was only 150$ for four days- no amentities mind you but we got by just fine with platinum and 300Evil providing the photons- It is now rented year round so freeport is out.

HOWEVER- IMO if this is going to be organized mostly by greg and me- it has a MUCH better chance of happpening being closer to Houston..

Anywhere in Texas, I will be there for sure! I also have at least 3 people for certain that would also attend and be willing to pay whatever amount $$$ necessary.
