A dongle is a very small USB thingy that has a unique ID number on it. Some software is keyed so that it will not work unless that thing is plugged in. It is an anti piracy device.

A DAC is a Digital to Analog Converter. That is the device that converts a digital stream of binary numbers into a set of analog voltages that control the laser projector.

Oh okay, Thank you so much!
Do you know if my ishow DAC will connect to my spaghetti demo? I can't get it too, but I might not know what I am doing.

No, the demo won't connect to a DAC.
