yip , i gather !
I can see 5 pots , dont want to start twiddling in case they are all interrealted , hoping omeone that had already worked on this wheel will come along and tell me what each pot is for , which to twiddle , which not to , and whcih way to turn them ... clockwise /anticlockwise ..or warn me off touching them ...or say turn em all up !! you cant harm it etc !

i think they tune up the laser at the most stabile output..
So tuning the pot is just going to give you less power
Maybe shorter life time...

Take *large* and *clean* picture of the top and bottom of the board. That will help immensely.

Do you have a thermopile measuring tool and a couple thermistors handy? Those are amazing help when tinkering with these things.
