Audience scanning with a 1W green, what was that about MPE and blind?
If you check the person in the centre you have already burnt 2 of his fingers and his thumb off, and there is a guy to the right of him that has the beams going straight through his eyes

Do they class distorted images as high quality DJ?

All the best to everyone for 2007.

    one more pic :

    http://www.kreasoft.no/album/bilde.p...76d397811a8397

no no no that was NOT 1Watt green
It`s one PAIR (2x) of 700mW green lasers.. + my RGB (700mW) laser

Well public scanning is not a issue in Norway..

If I mus say the truth, the green was not at full power... but tho... still more than 500mW each..

some other pic that is not so good:

It was a OK night... but I need ALOT of more power in my RGB !!!!!

    The setup here was:

2x 700mW green controlled from Pangolin Pro
1 RGB 700mW controlled from Mamba Black

I did only do the lasers !

I did get some money... If there is a next time I will get more..
But this was more like free invite if I want to bring my RGB so I could use it in public, and for myself it was a chance to test it performance before I start to take money for it!
I need to know how much to charge, after it`s performance...
But I still think I need more power if I going to rent it out in a place like this !

The other lights, and the other laser did overkill my white laser.

So the next thing on my "to do list" is to Sell the blue, sell the green and buy 2 more maxymodules.
And totally redesign my rgb into a 1.5Watt + system :P

If you wanna sell your blue let me know, mmkay.
You know, I have one simple request. And that is to have sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads!

Actually to be true, the "dude" that was rent in to do the Lasers (green only) was payed 1520 USD to stand there and run the lasers from 10pm-02am

And I did get 150$ but then again... is was me that wanted to join him for fun...
And he is going to get customer to rent out the laser for me later, now as he know the output of what he can do

But basicly... if I manange to get more power on my RGB including my 1watt green I can charge 1500-2000$ each night if I find someone that want to rent me

I laughed at the ice cube to eskimos joke, but it's actually not a bad idea. If andy_con professionally printed a pic that suits my fancy I'd buy one. 10 pounds isn't that much compared to some crappy art stuff my wife buys. (Hope she doesn't see this post)

Thats nothing... I've been at parties where 10 Watt + argons have been used to audience scan. Regular occurance to see a 5 watt laser crowd scanning... and its all safe. remember - irradiance is more important than beam power when audience scanning...

Thats 1/3 of what MPE covers. The other parts are duration and diameter.

Scan safely. Its simple math so you have no excuse to do it.
