Default New Laser Show projector Hand Built by my son

    Hi guys
My son has just finished up our first of two 5 watt projectors. They are running the 445nm 9mm Blues @ 2.5 watts, 638nm Red @ 1.5 watts and 532nm Green @ 1.0 watt with analog modulation. The system has 20k scanners on this one and 50k scanners on the second one that is being finished up now. The lasers are each TEC cooled and the system is powered by a computer power supply. It is mounted in a rack mounted server case which is sealed so no light can escape.
The show is running off a Pangolin FB-3 Quick show.
Of course the shows meet all the ILDA specs with the keys and interlocks.
    Enjoy the video

Any pics about modules, optics, bounce mirror, etc. etc. which have been used?

Here is his video as he was putting it together and testing it.
It was mounted on the plate but not in the case so there are some stray beams in this video.

Thanks for the videos and congratulations on the family involvement. About the projector itself, it would be nice to see a narrated video explaining the layout, component choices/sources and observations during the build. A short segment that shows the projection on a flat uninterrupted surface would demo the quality. This kind of presentation will help others working on similar projects as well as allow some of the more experienced viewers to give feed back that might be useful to you and your son.
