Default LEXEL 295 POWER SUPPLY AC CONTACTOR Problem of AC config problem? Please help

I have a lexel 295 supply running a 95 head. I really need a service manual to know if the AC 3 phase power is properly configured for the current coming in. At this time when I push the power momentary button the AC contactor hums and does not lock on. Is it bad? or could this be indicative of a power configuration problem? Any information would be helpful. Thank You!

That is a indication of a specialized interlock fault unique to 295s. I'm away from my schematics library till late monday evening. You'll need a tap chart and some other data. Please dont try to run it till you have the expanded charts.

Thank you Steve for responding quickly! Might this be Steve R?

Remember the lexel sent to you packed so you could drop it
Off a building and it would survive? (2006)

I am just getting back to the drawing board so to speak.

    I will post 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 1 to 3, and ground to 1,2and 3 voltage in a couple of hours

I had a feeling that the power supply was that smart.

    Thank you!

OK, the schematic attached is a 95. Follow the interlock chain, find the differences and eliminate them. This is the easiest way I have found to deal with that external interlock issue.. You may have a second big relay in your PSU with a second filter cap, its a start booster. If you have that, we may need to adapt things a bit.

You do have a remote interlock jumper plug installed, correct? If not, that will stop it cold.

I'll scan in a tap chart tomorrow.

When I get home I'll highlight the chain using Windows Paint. We have Linux machines at work and do not really have a good image editor.
