Can you tell me anything about how that works? If I Google for arctos patent laser cavity (words, not exact string) the results only amount to 5 pages, almost all totally irrelevant. I've had another idea for multi-laser output for a single beam, using lenses only, but I don't think it will work well, or be stable or easy to align.
I asked Rumzing and they said that they've been manufacturing lasers since 1999. According to them, Rumzing lasers have the highest analog modulation speed in China (15kHz) and that the waveform is still normal at this speed while others may show distortion at 10kHz when tested. They also said that a new breed of red lasers are coming during the February-March time. All lasers have IR filters by default.
While I haven't yet verified the modulation performance myself, I can say there are no problems with blanking, TTL or analog. Also the beam quality and divergence seem very good. So good that I'm going to have their 300mW or 350mW blue later this year.
I promised to post a picture of the unit, but you can already find a good image at their website.
I didn't see any prices on their website. Are they competitive with other mfgs?
