BEYOND on your system?

+1 on Norty's request. From my perspective, it's counter intuitive to have to submit a contact form via your website to find out if there's a new version available to trial.

I don't have time to monitor Pangolin's forum to identify if there's a new version I would benefit from that I should then contact via the form to request a copy of.

Perhaps it's just me (and Norty), but this SURELY needs improving.

Hi guys,

We have setup an email system (kind of like an auto-responder, but rather we send one email and it automatically sends to many) so that we can send emails to alert the testers when a new version is available.

Regarding what Taggalucci says, sure, we agree. We will be launching an official build with updated help file, tutorial videos, etc. once we get back from our travels and then we'll go ahead and put BEYOND on our main downloads page along with a demo version too. That will solve the problems.

We only didn't do it up until this point because BEYOND was in a developmental state, but now that the development is getting settled, we can place the download link in our more classic location.

And yeah, I do get your point on the importance of contacting you directly - although I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a localized issue before bothering you with emails about "bugs" you might not be able to replicate. After all, my system is relatively ancient, so it could be anything. By checking with others that might be using the same version of BEYOND as me, I can confirm it's not a universal issue before bothering you
