    Default 635nm C-Mount Diode w/ FAC Lens >250mW+

    I'm looking for a 635nm C-Mount diode to restore a lab laser for use in a projector.

    The unit is a Lasever model LSR635NL and was purportedly a 150mW version with a >200mW output.

    I don't believe the prior diode had the fast axis collimating lens. I'm hoping a replacement with an FAC would result in better beam specs. I'll consider a diode without the FAC, too.

    I see these on eBay for 285USD for a 635nm C-Mount @ 500mW sans FAC. But I can buy another unit from Lasever for less than that.
