Small footprint matching ttl labbys in 638,532,405 and 445 nm,< all spec or over all the same form factor and the un-enclosed drivers are stackable and all take 12vdc. If enough would like to get these in a set of all four wavelengths I am sure a package deal could be worked out- i can see these making a very nice Lumia.

Good news and bad news:

Good news, Mystrys and I are getting married after being together, living as such, for 10 years.. It's about time.


Bad news: We can't make SELEM this year. Some reason i was thinking it was the weekend of the 23rd. We're getting hitched on the 16th, reception on the 17th... We just can't fit it into the schedule. We're both sad about that, but the 16th has much significance for us and we don't to wait another year. There is a very tiny, minute, chance. We highly doubt it can happen. We'll have overnight company on the 17th, so don't look for us.

maybe we can pay the entrance fee and get in the drawing for prizes? Or do you have to be present to win? LOL.

Hey Adam,
I will be sending money shortly and look forward to seeing everyone there again this year!!! Dawn has started a new job recently and as much as she wants to come, I don't think she can get the time off.
She made the trip very nice for me last year and there's no way I could have driven myself with what I had going on at the time.

I called the Science Center to find out if we could attend a laser show in August. I've been told that they will not be doing any shows past July. I've left a message for their planetarium contact who has not returned my call. I will ask again, but even the prospect of a large crowd didn't seem to interest them.

PLANETARIUM UPDATE:

Early voicemail indicates they will provide a private planetarium laser show for $250, as this has been sent up the ladder for approval and it appears that we could make this happen if enough people want to commit to this. I will get more details as soon as I can (time, seating, #of shows, etc.). Normal "non-member" price would be $9 a head, so 25 of us could make this reasonable. Not sure if there's enough interest or not, but as mentioned this is an AVI SkyLase in a 30 foot dome (60 seats if I remember correctly).

Seems like Friday night for dinner in Hickory and a planetarium visit might be worth considering. My initial thoughts would be that there will be too much going on for Saturday to plan towards doing this.
