I guess my main question is about Thursday. Is there any reason I should be there on Thursday?
I don't have tons of gear. Just a projector and a computer (or three) and some DACs and junk....

Thursday is load-in and setup from noon until 5 PM. Then we normally meet around 6:30 at Texas Roadhouse for a dinner party, before going back to the conference room at the Holiday Inn Express to geek out.
If you and Dean can't make it on Thursday, it's not the end of the world. We should have plenty of help for the setup, so don't sweat that part, but of course you'd miss all the fun at dinner and at the hotel later that night...
Worst case, even if you don't get there until Friday you can still set up your projector(s) either in Club SELEM, or if you prefer, you can set up backstage (behind the curtain) where several people will be kibitzing about with abstracts and lissajous and stuff. (That's where Polishedball and Swamidog were planning to set up.) It shouldn't take too long to get you up and running.
Note that you can also bring your computer out to either the auditorium or Club SELEM to run any shows you have saved in wav format if you'd like to see them displayed. (In Club-SELEM I will have a splitter set up to run a single show on multiple projectors, but in the auditorium you may be limited to just one - not sure yet exactly how they're going to wire them this year, but last year they didn't have a splitter and had each projector on it's own DAC...)

I have some junk ..... uh, I mean treasures for the flea market tables!
I have a multiline Argon 60X plus a power supply and a couple of HeNe tubes and three power supplies to go with them. I'll see what other goodies I can scrounge up.
I have a four channel NEOS PCAOM controller and a crystal with a mount. I think someone might have first dibs on that though...

I could hit play on Thursday afternoon and hit stop on Sunday night and you won't have seen the same thing twice.
You figure, Mark and I ran nothing but Showeditor shows for almost 11 hours over two nights. Nevermind all the Moncha, Fiesta, Phoenix, Quickshow, LD2000, Beyond, Spaghetti, and full length stuff.
I will provide you with a list hopefully very soon with a list of stuff for the auditorium and I'm going to have a list for Club SELEM as well. Some shows are just better for certain spots. If time allows, the plan is to put a bunch of stuff on HD24 and hit play. I'm still trying to establish if I can do playlists with some of this software and run things unattended. Anyone know if you can load up 30-40 songs in Quickshow and just let them run for a few hours?
