    Chris: You probably should contact the Inn before you leave. Ann will give you special instructions on how you can pick up your room key. (PM me or call me on my cell at 843 324-0735 if you can't reach her; I know the routine.) I'll see you at Breakfast Friday morning!

    CountFunkula: Same goes for you if you'll be arriving late on Thursday or Friday... (See notice below about the parade.)

    EVERYONE:

    Just like last year, Newton is having their annual city parade on Thursday afternoon while we're doing the load-in and setup. The parade runs right down main street, from the downtown area to well past the Trotthouse Inn. I think the parade starts around 4:30 or so, but they will probably begin blocking off the street around 2:30 in preparation. So plan accordingly! There are plenty of alternate routes to get through town, but if you don't have a GPS in your car, bring a map so you don't get lost!

    Also, for those of you staying at the Trotthouse, Ann Steadman (the innkeeper) is also the town Mayor, so she will be tied up with the parade from about 3:30 PM until well after 6:00 PM on Thursday.

    Finally - one last piece of good news: Steve Roberts (mixedgas) has confirmed that he will be present this year! Arriving late Friday, and leaving either very late Saturday evening or early Sunday morning.

    Chris just an FYI - I have my nametag and lanyard from last year in with my stuff. I know you already made ones for this year but figured at least that saves money on a lanyard.

    Nice to hear Steve can make it. It's the proud new poppa that I'm a little disappointed we haven't heard from...

    Anyone happen to have extra space in a hotel room for Thursday through Sunday night? Don't really need my own room, but will book a single room if I don't hear anything by the 14th.

    I have a feeling that Marc (gottaluvlasers) has his hands full with the newborn right now. He will surely be missed, but I can't really fault him for not making it this year.

    Unfortunately there isn't much room. I'm making the font as large as possible to be easy to read. You can try a sharpie LOL, but the background is black and the letters are white this year.

    Brad the name tags are new for this SELEM with the 2013 SELEM logo on them so you will get a new one. I'm not buying lanyards and pouches though this year. Adam has most of them from the ones I bought 2 years ago, but bring yours anyway, you never know we might run out.

    Perfect but you may want to consider more than 20 though pouches. I don't have my list in front of me, but I count 43 people registered on the first page. That isn't counting their guests or our special guests or last minute people.
