Default Unused Projector case, with flightcase and a DPSS project..

    Hi,

To free up some space in my workshop, I have this very beautifull and very well built projector case for sale. It is made from black anodized aluminum profiles, with lightweight plastic plates on all sides. The top part of the enclosure, with baseplate, is completely sealed from dust etc. and is mounted on rubber shock absorbers to prevent any vibration or shock to pass through to the lasers/optics. On the lower deck, there is an easily removable aluminum base to mount psu's and electronics on, cooled by 8 low noise 120mm fans with dust filters on the intakes.
This is the best enclosure i have ever built, and whoever buys it will surely be happy with the quality and attention to every detail.

It comes with a nice foam-lined flight case, built specifically for this case, and also never used.

Inside the case is a CNI W-series 457nm laser with a Kvant power supply. This is probably not worth a lot as a 457nm laser (unless you are into holography), but might make a good project for a green conversion, as it has a good (40W iirc) 808nm pump diode with correcting optics, and all the psu and temp controller stuff needed. It might be possible to just put one of those composite crystals in front of the pump beam and get several watts of green out. However i dont have the time (and probably not the skills either) for making this project, and i dont really need it anymore, as i have moved on to other things, so i just want to get it out.. It has cost me soo much money and time back when 445nm didnt exist, but my loss can now be your gain..

Asking €2000 for the whole lot..

Willing to ship at buyers expense and risk (i usually get good shipping quotes to most of europe).

    Thanks for looking !
