Nd:YVO4 Crystal

Hello,

I'm interested in purchasing an Nd:YVO4 crystal, ideally with the specs of

Dimensions of 3x1x1mm. It should be antireflection-coated (AR-coated) from about 750-1100 nm to minimize reflection losses. The crystal c-axis should be along one of the 1 mm dimensions. The Nd concentration at 1.0%.

We'd be happy to settle for a crystal with the same specs as above, but dimensions nxnx1mm. The key is to have 1mm along the length of light propagation.

And I'm looking for a set, too, but in larger specs for a demonstration laser on a breadboard. It can even be crystals with flaws, since I'll be trying to operate them at low, low powers, as in the <100mW range. Specs large enough that the laymen can see the crystals and watch what is happening. Something in the 12mm x 12mm range.
