That is some stunning work. Beyond stunning. Very well done, indeed! I love those squares in image 10 and 11!

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Those were done using a image generator designed back in 1977. (CYGN-B for the LII folks) It had 3 quadrature sin/cos osc. built up using 555 timers feeding Johnson counters that had 1% resistors to build up discrete sin/cos outputs. One of the osc had additional set of resistors selected to produce a quadrature triangle wave output that made the squares in images 10 and 11. Each of the CYGN-B osc had amplitude and frequency modulation, but the modulation signal for each osc was processed differently to give the AM/FM a different character. Image 10 is just the quadrature triangle output with a relatively slow ramp color mod and even slower spiral ramp. Image 11 is the same quadrature triangle/spiral with some amplitude modulation and a higher freq color mod.
