I suspect the one with the control panel will tug all the old LII folk's heart strings.

Where does one acquire one of those projectors? I have seen one once at SELEM ... gathering dust back stage. I would love to create something similar.

These are Laserium projectors and consoles. This is one above is currently installed at the Science Center in St Loius. I don't think one has ever made it to SELEM, I know some of the smaller LFI and like ones have.

Actually I've committed to rebuilding/upgrading two CSL's and a 600 that I'm pretty sure was the R&D machine for the 70's DRS project. Oh - and building my own from scratch.

It's been a wild ride - Thanks to Jon Robertson, Simon Carrington, Ivan Gomez, Scott Anderson, Glenn Thomas, Danny Neilson, Steve Shapiro for hardware, and/or Karma transfusions. Thanks to Seiler Instrument for letting me do this in the first place and amazing support/understanding. And special thanks to Ivan Dryer for inspiring me and tens of millions of others!

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Only running single color at the moment, just grabbed a couple quick pics while I had some time. I'll eventually get it connected to the white light rig, until then enjoy 514nm. No digital used to create these abstracts!
