your driver board is clearly labeled x+,x-, y+,y-, and power.

wire the x+/- and y+-, lines from the ilda cable to those connectors. use the pinout i posted earlier.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Throw out the signal board (show card).
Connect the X+, Y+ and G wires from the DB25 ilda to the one labeled XGY on the scanner amp board. You can leave the 15V connection unconnected as this is used to power the show card.
Connect the R, G and B signals (+ ground) directly to the modulation inputs of the lasers (the ones who were connected to RG, GG and BG on the show card in the original setup).
If you have a single colour projector, connect the modulation input to Intensity instead.

To make things easier, do as edison said and get a breakout board.

Yes, connect X to X+, Y to Y+ and G to the common ground (pin 25). Same for the RGB signals.
