The build is just a test bed right now once proofed, will then have a the mounts machined.
that's good to know, thanks for the update.

Maybe it is the lava cyl pair i am using that is a bit more picky about placement, as they are also smaller in size, especialy the first lens.
I also have dave cyl lenses and mounts, will give it a go in a few months time

Little update on the red and blue, will be landing it on scanners in the next couple days. Looks like raw 3.3W of 638, and 3.75W of 445. I have room and the mount to add 445 correction, just not so sure I need it as it matches red well till 20' then red starts looking better.

ID:	38079Well dropped it in, the scanner mirrors are junk. I am landing most of the beam on them, but losing over 1.5W. I was losing about a watt to the old build so this is no par. Anyhow have 6w out now, still have 800mw of green to PBS in. Out the scanner right now is 2.2w 638, 1.1w 532 and 2.8w 445nm. Ill be adding correction to the 445 this weekend.

Still have some tweaking todo but very happy that even tough red looks awful fat it is all but 120mw landing on the scanners. Loosing a lot do,to mirrors. Anyone used OSLS mirrors for china scanners? Thinking about buying some. More was missing in the pics as they were taken at first run withe zero tweak.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

ScanPro's with larger mirror i mounted. The mirrors were from a GB a long time ago.

I think I took out my power meter head, it is now erratic. I had added the extra 532 and was metering. So no power shots.
