    Default A New Module

Been working on a new blue module over the weekend with a slightly different setup to normal

been comparing it to the LW OEM green 1watt (just cos I had one to hand really)

then my new 3.4w 445 module

this is both beams at 18 metres, the blue is just 20mm long so it works out to around 1mR

    yours for a mere £700 ;-)

Nice work Andy. Now that these diode modules have better beam quality than the typical DPSS it's time to start assuming that these DPSS lasers need some help. These should routinely be telescoped to reduce their divergence.

Seriously cool Andy. You mentioned a different setup to normal?
