All my shows have the music version and links to purchase sites included.

Unfortunately my shows aren't up there with Steve Milani's for quality.

As for supplying the music, the reason why Pangolin / users can't do that is because it amounts to illegal file sharing.

I do agree that every show producer should include music versions / locations as a part of the package though as there are literaly tens of different versions of most tunes, esepcially where dance music is involved.

Not really my favorite version, but it does have a hell of a baseline. (Sounds like a square-wave bass signal being sent to your speakers at 150% of rated power!) Be mindful of your volume setting the first time you play it...

I got it on a digital download that contained several other remixes of the same song. If you want, I can look up that ISMN number when I get home.

Humm... checked this morning. The show is 6 minutes and 18 seconds. I'm not finding a Zedd remix of that length anywhere. Even your link is about 11-12 seconds longer. Which isn't awful I suppose as long as it sync's up.

You can just use an audio capture software and record the audio from the playback on the show space.

I fully appreciate and respect what you do because, I have neither the time or the talent to create shows (yet). But... for the love of God, when you create one and write that little disclaimer to accompany it, PLEASE give some clue as to what the music is or how to find it. Even better would be the show or song length. If it's a remix... include WHO's remix. If it's a DJ, list his name! And... if you decided to play DJ yourself and create your own special mix for the show and you put it out there for people to download an enjoy.... how 'bout your name and a way to contact you to try and arrange getting your masterpiece.

    All I'm sayin....

(Can you tell I've been spending several days beating my head against the wall trying to find correct versions of songs? Aarrgghhh!!!)
Here's another twist that can bite one in the proverbial posterior -

Trying to sync your variable bit rate song file to a show that was originally synced to a constant bit rate song file, or vice-versa ~
The cumulative effects of those tiny little timing errors can be a real PITA to correct towards the end of some longer songs...

I'm not "quite" that picky yet... At this point if the song and the show both start and end at the same time, I'm becoming a happy guy. Especially when cues change on a beat. What's funny is that the mix I sourced for the Gaga show seems to be nearly correct. Maybe not against the original but hey...it at least looks like it goes together.

To Mr. Milani... a PM is being drafted for a couple more of your shows where you made your own mix. I'm seeing light at the end of the tunnel with the Quickshow beam shows... then, off to finish the graphics shows!

I'm really hoping to have a huge amount of stuff ready for SELEM. I already know I could fill the roughly 43 hours. Now it's also sorting out the best stuff.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Nice work Bradford. Wasn't aware that's what you were doing. Hope Selem appreciates your efforts as that's star dedication.

I agree. Absolutely. Set constant bitrate for MP3 files.

Is problem still is, then convert MP3 to "wav" format.
This way you will have not any problem about audio-syncro when playing the show. Tested and safe at 99,99999%.

    Thanks...!

I already had enough to fill SELEM hours prior to this undertaking but, my computers and external hard drives were littered with so much stuff that I really wanted to get eveything cleaned up and consolidated. Somebody posts a show, I'm snagging it. (It's that addiction thing.) Now whether that's at home, at work, on a desktop, on a laptop, over time, things become duplicated and a mess. Music of this show on that computer, whereas the show is on that other computer, etc. It's all part of my effort to become "organized". LOL

And with having several laser software/hardware packages and collecting shows for all of them, it had become quite the mess.

How many TB/GB of shows do you currently have?
