The location does matter because shipping charges and import duties matter. The last time you were asked these questions when you were trying to sell this laser, you gave similarly dodgy answers or just ignored the questions. If you want people to trust you, stop trying to be cute and simply answer questions. Personally, I've lost interest. Good luck!
