suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
I'm not aware of a particular tool that does this for sure.
But laserboy springs to mind when it comes to frame oriented wizzardry.
Combined with a keyboad/mouse/recorder/macro-tool you can automate otherwise tedious jobs.

Spaghetti has a tool that splits files (all ILDA types) into frames. You can reconstruct them by adding them to time line in the order you want them.
