    Default LSX function ?

Anyone know is it possible to have LSX in a live scenario and have static ttl effects programmed to hot keys. So that they could be played banging the keyboard?

Or could this be done by having a long timeline and hotkey's assigned mapped to the ttl static events? For the whole duration.

    Thanks

This is entirely possible. This won't work in a "live" show however, as the keyboard will trigger cues. For preprogrammed shows it should run fine.

    - Stretch the TTL effect out over the complete length of the timeline
    - Place an If event above it, it's under the "More" button, somewhere in the lower half of the last but one column
    - Double click the If event, under "IF", select Animator, under "THEN", select Skip the Next n lines (and leave n to 1)
    - Click the Edit Animator button, set Type of Animation to Expression
    - Use the expression "bnot(keyboard(##))", where ## is the number of the key you want the effect assigned to. Under Expr. Help, at the bottom, you can find a list of what number is which key (for example, keyboard(32) would be the spacebar)
    - The TTL effect should be active when you press the corresponding key
    - Repeat for all TTL effects (copy-paste the If event above them and change the keyboard nr accordingly)

Let me know if you're having problems.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

I put the vid in the lounge, KJ wanted to push the buttons after watching dad set it up. She calls the tight torture tube the tornado.
