Looking for a BBO crystal suitable for an OPO pumped by 532nm. These are kind of tricky to find, so if you have some mystery crystal, PM me the specs and I'll see whether I can make it work.
Will also trade 473nm laser diode(s) if you want.

It is probably possible to get any BBO to work, but ideally you want a theta=20-30 degrees (phi will be 0 or 30 degrees depending on how they specify the crystal axis) with a few mm thickness for type 1 phase matching (o+o->e), although for narrowband operation you can get type II to work as well (you won't be able to angle tune nearly as much).
My employer makes OPOs and OPO crystals. We sell for reasonable prices, so PM me of you need a custom crystal.
Ours are made in Europe, not Asia.
I must ask, are you making an uncompensated OPO? If so run the dimensions through the SNLO freeware.

When I still could have...
I have a big slab of what I think is KDA cut for 615nm if anyone has interest... with ally cylinder, two AR windows and seals + o-rings, don't know if it can be re-cut or something
I just got in a bunch of large KTP crystals cut for OPO - Continuum surplus. Not sure if KTP is suitable to be pumped with 532nm though. I'll dig them out and check if you like.
If they come from Continuum, It may be two crystals cut for use in series. The first crystal does the mixing, the second the compensation for Poynting Vector walk off as the OPO is tuned. For the second half of the wavelength range, the role is reversed, with the walkoff being compensated by crystal one, and the OPO mixing being done by crystal two. This brilliant scheme minimized the number of crystals a given OPO needs, while doubling the active wavelength range. It greatly reduces beam movement in the output, to say less then .5 mm at three meters down range. Other makers use this scheme as well.
Both crystals rotate, at the same time, for tuning, but perhaps not at the same rate.
This is for a Nanosecond OPO, Pico and Femto use other techniques.

Coatings of BBO
● Dual Band AR-coating (DBAR)of BBO for SHG of 1064nm
low reflectance (R<0.2% at 1064nm and R<0.5% at 532nm);
high damage threshold (>300MW/cm2 at both wqvelengths);
long durability;
● Broad Band AR-coating (BBAR) of BBO for SHG of tunable lasers.
● Broad Band P-coating of BBO for OPO applications.
Note: Other coatings are available upon request.
