I can't remember who said it a couple years back, but I did it and it make finding your stuff so much easier. Put a simple piece of tape with your name on it on everything you own.
It works.

I lent out my Fluke meter not sure if I got it back as i just got home at 4AM today- having spent a few days at Rick's and Sugeek's so my car is not yet unpacked.
I also found a 6 inch square finned piece of anodized Al plate- it was being used in BS&T as a beam stop- if its yours I can send it or buy it- just let me know- ALSO one of the door prize winners never got his Lumia kit( I lost some until packing up in the BS&T room) and another is owed a door prize from AixiZ- I was not hard to find and if they had asked they would have it already- so contact me and pay the shipping & I will send it..the lumia kit shipping will be free-
I now have 30 more lumia kits as the motors arrived today. 1/3 rpm and VERY smooth morphing (AC ) I ran one non stop for 5 days-- it did get hot but no other problems.
PLEASE if you won anything its only right to thank the person/company who donated the doorprize even if you thanked them at SELEM a nice PM, IMHO, would be in order.
SEVERAL AixiZ 300$ to $500 items were given out in the past events with NO thank you sent to Chuck(or me). No huge deal and in fact he said he would rather see an order come in than the thank you, as biz for AixiZ has been down 20% for 2011 and 2012 AND this year sales have been low too,
Really- just because you name was not drawn why can you not see that even those that won nothing should be thanking the donators for just the chance to win an item???-- I think more should dig up a prize from their stash of laser gear/parts and add it to the pool- there in NO reason why we should NOT have at the very least one prize for EVERYONE attending. I may skip SELEM 2014 and go 'burn the man' instead- BUT my doorprize items and those form Chuck will still be at SELEM next year
If you are not sure where to send your TYs just ask Buffo,
send one to Chuck @ aixiz.com ( even if you did not win)
I know if he got 30 or 40 TYs he would really like that.
AixiZ has the 20mW 520 green modules up at aixiz.com BTW
Just add a better heatsink & a fan and 3vdc for a super stable single mode 26mW.
Looks like 70 mW of 532 --

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
Neat, and the low divergence is especially enticing, but are they really that bluish? I thought they might be... What I'm waiting for is someone to go the other way, to get the green of a HeNe out of a diode at a hundred mW or so.
his camera did that -IMO 532 is more 'bluish' than these 520s-
As soon as I get unpacked and get more (I sold out early) I will do a review- These came to Chucks door WHILE I was there getting the gifts and other items that may be wanted- We had been expecting them to arrived a week ago- If I had left 20 earlier than I did I would have missed even getting just 5-
If you cant find them ( while the other 60 last) at aixiz.com and MAYBE on 5hitheads FeeBay & Amazon.
Please just buy from the home store - the toll free number allows a order over the phone with CCard. DO NOT buy aixiz from the 'other' two.
I will pass along your thanks Chris and it was an absolute pleasure to finally meet you.
By far the best SELEM of my 4 times- I cannot thank Hitecvoop Rick and his lady Tiffiany enough for the ride and SO much more--
If anyone wants to get any items from me PM any time.
30 new Lumia kit parts came today- If you were at SELEM same price as there --

I apparently was wrong with calling them 520nm and should have adjusted my price. I sold these too cheaply- I was in a rush to head to dallas( 6hrs) to catch my ride to SELEM another 17 hours--If you want some direct from me I will ship free for 79$ each min of two per order. ( based upon availability.)
They are shipped in anti- static bag and are in this heatsink mount back with two screws on top- NOTE there is a LOT of play with this mount- the gap should be filled with thermal paste -copper shim or both. sorry 10,000 of them got made IIRC and the specs were not followed.
I did not see a pic of the HS- its quite small about 25mm long anodized black- 16X16 with wider base and a place for two bolt down bolts or screws- personally i woul=d not use these very much - hard to see it but ctrl + and you can make the HS out in Swami's pic above,

Nice thanks swami I even sold the one for me-- AFAIK these have the stock acrylic lens from AixiZ I guess some improvement may be had with another lens-
reposting Swamis pic here so you can alll see the 'HS' these come in-
I definitely like the 532 better. hakzaw1, how can a green redward of 520 look more bluish than 520?
I think that a decrisption I saw here on PL somewhere is correct, backed up by both of Swamidog's pics. Traffic lights. That green is slightly blue, chosen to avoid confusion is some common forms of colour blindness. It's not a bad colour, but not what I want in a green. If biased a tad the other way, made sort of aquamarineish, that would be a very cool colour. Argon gets close, but the colour I mean is something I've only seen in a bright LED so far.
have you seen these and 532 at same time-- I have... but they do look good and not much different,- and of course as the nm gets lower its closer to blue-
you can like 532 better if you want but it is still DPSS and comes with that baggage-
CW more stable and DL -- Swamis dot pics say a lot if you listen..
near perfect round dot. and the wonky mode hopping is gone. modulation of 532 has never been very good.
maybe Osram will make 530nm dioide green.
I dont think this is what you were intending to say--
"

redward? 520 --520? you mean 520 --532 right?
The higher you drive these, the higher redshift you will get out of them. Inversely, the lower, the bluer.
